Knee injuries aren't good.

Playing in the snow is fraught with danger. Whether it's snow boarding, skiing, innertubing, or, in this case, trying to snowboard a piece of cardboard with 4-5 others, there's danger at every turn... or straight away. So, Caitlyn is one of our worship leaders from MWSB, and she and a few students and fellow MWSB worship leader were trying to do just that, when they fell off and crashed together (all but Morgan, who landed on the cardboard and continued down). I don't know if she landed wrong, or if somebody landed on her, but she heard a pop (or was it a crack), and she stayed down. It was a bad one, with pain that drove her to the edge at one point as they carried her to the lodge. However, they made it to the hospital, and we're now waiting results of the x-ray.

That serious injury aside, the rest of the day's gone very well. The duck won the distance competition, and lasted longer, too, with at least 4 trips down the hill. We also had some gas powered rc car fun in the snow. It's been a good day. We're in the middle of an air hockey tournament, have some great prizes to give away, and it's dinner time.

Thank you so much for praying. Please pray for Lloyd as he speaks, for Caitlyn as she recovers (Could God heal her completely and miraculously? I think I could.), and for some other student family issues that I can't discuss here. God is a big God who loves us with an even bigger love. Thanks for praying.
