Quote for the Morning

During my Bible study this morning. I came across these words from Robert Mounce, from his commentary on 1 Timothy, Chap. 4, "Pass It On." Actually, the last part is a quote from somebody named Weymouth.

"Trust is a continuing act of the will. While it is not a substitute for action, it does move us to appropriate action. A Godly life is built upon complete trust in God expressed in the strenuous activity which that relationship calls forth... Our continuous attitude of hope (not an isolated act) provides the basis for our 'toiling and wrestling.'"

I keep working on trusting Him more.
