Quote of the Day
We're finishing dinner this evening. We're getting ready for Michael's baseball practice. Mark's still eating, as is Matthew (he doesn't want to eat his beans, but won't be able to play on the playground if he doesn't - only two bites, mom). Out of the blue, Mark, my six year old, pipes up with this question that is the epitome of how he thinks. Mind you, this is coming from a boy who would rather play with his legos than go outside and play catch, football, soccer, etc. with his brother(s).
"Why do people play sports?"
If that doesn't make you laugh, you don't know Mark well... or maybe you just had to be there.

I love, Love, LOVE Mark's pip up moments. That kid is always thinking so deeply, no wonder he wants to spend time alone. It's got exausting!
My favorite Mark comment was the weekend that I watched them at your house. It was a great weekend, the boys did really well. Sunday morning I was making breakfast for them and Mark is eating his pancake and stops all of a sudden. He looks up at me and makes this face, he obviously has something important to say... "Tina," he says, "I love you."
It was wonderful:)
Thanks for all the stories about the boys lately. It's been great.

Mark's PIPE up moments...
It's got TO BE exausting.
Sheesh, you'd think after years with a great boss who always wanted things to be edited well that I would've learned. :)
