Just checking

When I first started reading Jimmy and Jen's blog (which I've lost the address for - sorry), one of the things they both accused each other of (in fun) was their addiction and need for comments. I thought it was a little silly at the time. Now I've just gotta ask - does anybody actually read this besides Joel (thanks for at least linking yours to mine), or do you just not make comments? Boy, I've sunk to new lows in asking that question, haven't I. I'll try not to be offended if I'm actually writing this just for me... seeing as that's what I started this for. ;)

  • It's kind of an iceberg effect: for every person who comments there are any number who just lurk. If you really wanna know who's reading, install SiteMeter. It's not difficult, but I'll be happy to help you with it if you need it. HaloScan is also a good idea for your comments. Much better than the commenting system that comes with Blogger.

And you're right; it is addictive.

  • I have to admit that I'm a hit and miss kind of reader. Usually get to checking how life's going for you in the middle of finishing a last minute paper :) Or HUGE Behavior project (due tomorrow) :P

I have to say Paul that I am struck by the depth of what you are sharing here. It's the week after Easter and your posts between this one and the Easter one really speak a lot about who you are as a Godly leader not only of the ministry but of your family also. I am truly honored to have you as a friend.

PS... I'm glad that you've joined the '24' addiction :) Bwa Ha ha !!!
